If you are here for your appointment, once you are logged in: 
  1. Complete the electronic check-in process
  2. Review and update your personal information 
  3. Sign the consent forms for telehealth and telehealth billing 
  4. Once you've updated your information and signed the forms, click  Start Visit
  5. Press Allow or Permit in Pop-up Window to permit use of your camera and microphone
